A beautiful Spring event to close our eleventh season of Salons. André Aciman read a poignant essay about how quickly children grow up and move out of the house. Alexi Zentner talked about the taboo subject of parental rage, and how children change a man. Miranda Beverly-Whittemore read from her new novel, Bittersweet. On its publication date it has already been chosen for many “best books” lists. Andre Dubus III was unable to make the trip from Boston but will be rescheduled in the near future. Andaz Wall Street provided complimentary wine during networking and introductions. Our Spring 2014 season closed on a lovely night with a spectacular full moon.
