Miranda Beverly-Whittemore writes novels. So far, each one has been about searching for one’s place in the world, which is what she’s been doing for most of her life. Now a mother (of two) and a writer (of five), she knows a little more than many of her characters do about where she belongs in the world.
But she still loves the adventure of not knowing what comes next, whether in life or art-making, and that’s what keeps her writing.
